Merchant development Manager

Job description:

Easy Pay team is looking for a candidate with a high sense of responsibility and strong organizational skills to fill the full-time position of Merchant development Manager.

Job responsibilities

  • Communication and provision of technical support to the customers and partners of the company
  • Promotion of the products and services of the company through phone calls and business meetings
  • Work with existing and new customers
  • On spot trainings and demo sessions for the partners
  • Development and editing of letters, applications and suggestions
  • Work with social media and the web-site of the company
  • Development and implementation of different promotional campaigns/events

Required qualifications

  • Higher education (students may also apply)
  • Ability to respond quickly and patiently to all arising issues
  • Proficiency in Armenian, good knowledge of Russian and English.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales and services
  • Strong desire of learning and self-improvement
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Patience and readiness to hard work
