We are looking for a passionate and strategic Product Designer who will define and establish our design vision, identity, and approach across different user flows. Job Responsibilities

• Lead the design process for new features, from concept to final implementation.
• Define and implement a cohesive design vision, identity, and approach for our product.
• Participate in project planning, timelines, and sprint cycles to ensure on-time delivery of design assets.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs that align both with EasyPay’s brand identity and user-centered design principles.
• Develop specific UX/UI strategies for different flows, ensuring they align with our brand differentiation (e.g. payment completion flow, iconography, interactions).
• Analyze user feedback and metrics to identify areas for improvement and iterate on designs accordingly.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to understand customer needs and pain points and ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to bring innovative solutions to life in accordance with business goals.
• Establish and maintain design standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency across products.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in product design, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design principles.
• Strong experience in UI/UX design with a focus on creating unique, brand-differentiated experiences.
• Proficiency in design tools, experience in user research, A/B testing, and usability testing.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
• Strong understanding of interaction design, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to communicate design concepts effectively to different stakeholders.
• A passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences.
• Knowledge of fintech products, payment systems, or financial services is a plus.
