Payment Consultant
Job description:
The EasyPay team needs payment consultants.
Job responsibilities
Submit a list of the company's services to Payers,
Introduce the payers to the rules of using payment terminals,
Provide relevant advice to payers
Assistance to citizens making payments through the terminal in choosing the type of service, the amount of payment, the choice of accounts
Required qualifications
Excellent knowledge of armenian language
Positive personality traits (sense of responsibility punctuality, honesty, dedication to work, polite behavior)
Communication skills, ability to communicate freely with people, ability to speak literally and ability to listen
Work experience in such a field will be considered an advantage.
