Job Description

EasyPay is looking for a new team member for the position of Cyber and Information Security Officer. In our team, we value honesty, responsibility, and innovation. As a company, we aim to make the financial lives of our users simpler.

Cybersecurity Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage cybersecurity measures to protect systems, networks, and applications.
• Monitor for potential cyber threats, perform vulnerability assessments, and respond to security incidents.
• Oversee the deployment and management of cybersecurity tools such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and endpoint protection solutions.
• Develop and enforce secure software development practices in collaboration with IT and development teams.
• Lead incident response efforts to mitigate risks and recover from security breaches.

Information Security Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain information security policies and procedures.
• Identify and manage risks to organizational data, including access control and data classification.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS).
• Conduct regular security audits and assessments to maintain information security integrity.
• Promote a culture of security awareness across the organization through training and communication initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ are highly desirable.
• 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of security frameworks, risk management, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in security tools and technologies, along with best practices in secure system architecture.
• Ability to manage both technical challenges and strategic security initiatives effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to interface with technical teams, leadership, and end users
