As we continue to expand, we seek a visionary leader to join our executive team as the Chief Product and Innovations Officer.

Responsibilities

The Chief Product and Innovations Officer (CPIO) will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of EasyPay’s product portfolio and driving innovation across the organization. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CPIO will lead the product management and project management teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions that align with our mission and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product short-term and long-term strategies aligned with EasyPay’s vision and growth goals.
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring exceptional customer experience and market competitiveness.
• Identify emerging trends and technologies to drive innovation and maintain EasyPay’s leadership in the fintech industry.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and business development, to ensure successful product development and market entry.
• Establish and monitor key performance metrics to measure product success and inform strategic decisions.
• Build and mentor a high-performing product and innovation team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
• Build and mentor a high-performing project management team, fostering a culture of collaboration, and excellence.
• Continuously study new markets, technological trends, and customer needs, and provide analytical reports to support strategic decision-making,
• Lead the UI/UX design team to deliver intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for all EasyPay products.

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Proven experience in a senior product leadership role within the fintech, payments, or technology sectors.
• Understanding of web technologies and development processes.
• Strong track record of driving product innovation and achieving business growth.
• Deep understanding of product management methodologies and best practices.
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
