Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product roadmap aligned with the company’s vision and market needs.
• Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to bring innovative fintech products to market.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to ensure product-market fit.
• Identify, prioritize, and manage the implementation of new product features, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Communicate product vision and progress to both internal team and external partners ensuring alignment at all stages.
• Leverage analytics and user feedback to optimize product performance and improve user experience.
• Ensure the product adheres to all regulatory, security and compliance requirements in the financial service space.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business, technology, or a related field.
• Experience with agile product development in fintech or related industries.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze complex data and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with APIs, mobile app development, or digital payments platforms is a plus.
• Experience in product management, preferably in fintech or related industries is a plus.
