Responsibilities

• Own and communicate the product vision and strategy for the product development team.
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize customer and stakeholder requirements, translating them into well-defined product features and user stories.
• Develop a clear product roadmap, prioritize features and deliverables, and adjust based on business needs and customer feedback.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and business development, to deliver high-quality, impactful products.
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring features are clearly defined, actionable, and aligned with the company’s objectives.
• Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and development teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
• Monitor and evaluate product performance, using data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and inform future development.
• Collaborate closely with developers to deliver high-quality, user-centered product.
• Work alongside UX/UI designers to ensure seamless design handoff and consistent user experience.
• Act as a bridge between design and development teams, ensuring product features are implemented as per specifications.
• Regularly report on product performance, updates, and progress.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to keep EasyPay at the forefront of innovation.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role
• Preferably experience in fintech industry or a strong understanding of financial products.
• Familiarity in product management methodologies.
• Understanding of web technologies and development processes.
• Proven ability to define and prioritize product features and requirements effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
