On November 4, we are celebrating the 10th anniversary of our company. The company that goes beyond the meaning of the word starting with the third letter of the acronym “LLC”, the company that’s about the bond between us and you—our customers, partners, and, why not, our competitors and everyone we’ve had the chance to become friends with over the past ten years.

Our company was formed in 2014 when a few people came together, considered simplifying financial life in Armenia, and began installing the first green payment kiosks on the streets of Yerevan. Our company has been growing and changing ever since: new functions have emerged, new connections have been formed with partners and customers, perspectives and ideas have expanded, and those few payment kiosks have grown to four thousand and are now installed not only in Yerevan but all over Armenia.

Then came 2017, and easywallet, the easy digital wallet, entered the market, allowing our customers to make financial transactions anywhere, anytime.

Although easywallet and EasyPay payment kiosks are easy to use, we have done some not-so-easy work to ensure the easiness. We have been responsive to the diverse needs of our customers and collaborated with many partners. As a result, EasyPay has integrated various areas of life and activity in its services, helping people pay utility bills, make medical, insurance, state, bank- and car-related payments, receive transfers from abroad, buy event tickets, receive loans online, and much more, all included among the 1000+ services offered.

We’ve always been open to feedback from all our friends—customers, partners, and employees alike. We meet our customers in our branches and take note of their concerns. We receive their calls and messages and strive to make our users feel pleased. We motivate our team members and appreciate every thought and effort they share with the company. And we value the strong and beautiful connections we’ve built with our partners.
