On June 19, the “Future Leaders” conference was held in Yerevan under the theme “Global opportunities and professional growth”. The initiative was organized by Teach For Armenia in close cooperation with EasyPay and Business Development Group.
The conference aimed to create an environment for teenagers to exchange experiences and generate new ideas, as well as help them make informed decisions about their future career paths.
The event brought together around 70 student-leaders from grades 8–12 representing Armenia’s regions. Participants engaged in discussions on quality education, sustainable communities, environmental protection, and decent work. They also took part in world café discussions and explored programs on change-based learning. Students discussed emerging professions, the qualities required of leaders in the 21st century, and the opportunities presented by artificial intelligence. The conference ended with the “Ikigai and leadership” self-discovery exercise.
EasyPay continues to expand cooperation with Teach For Armenia and Business Development Group across various areas. The organizations highlighted the role of the conference in their corporate social responsibility initiatives.
