Dear customer, from now on, verification will be required at EasyPay payment kiosks for certain transactions, specifically for deposit, card, and account replenishments.

Important: Verfication is not required for other transactions, including loan repayments.

This verification system is introduced following regulatory requirements set by the Central Bank of Armenia.

At the payment kiosk, you will be prompted to complete verification either via the easywallet app or through imID.

To get verified via easywallet, you need to:

1. log in to easywallet,
2. scan the QR code displayed on the kiosk screen via the app,
3. confirm the window that appears in the app.

To get verified via imID, you need to:

1. enter the phone number through which you and your mobile operator activated your imID,
2. enter your imID PIN code in the pop-up window on your phone.

NEW: You can now get verified at EasyPay payment kiosks using ArcaQR as well. Select ArcaQR as the verification method and scan the QR code with the MyAmeria or AraratMobile app.

Important to know: Your verification data is shared only with the relevant verification system. Data processing is carried out in accordance with applicable legal and data protection requirements.
