Hey hey! Today, we’re excited to introduce you to a new way of receiving money transfers from Russia to Armenia. You can now receive direct transfers to your easywallet account from T-Bank (previously known as Tinkoff Bank) via your phone number.

What conditions are there?

As per the bank's specified limits, monthly transfers of up to 20 000 rubles are commission-free. If the limit is exceeded, the sender will be charged a 1% commission fee on the excess amount. You might also want to learn about T-Bank's offer for larger transfers without commission.

A T-Bank user can make up to 20 transfers per day, each ranging from 50 to 150 000 rubles. The monthly transfer limit is 5 000 000 rubles.

How to transfer?

To transfer money to your easywallet account, the T-Bank user should do the following:

• Go to the “Payments” section in the T-Bank app, then tap the entry box in the “Transfer by phone number” section.
• On the next page, select Armenia from the list of countries and enter the recipient's phone number or choose the relevant contact.
• Select easywallet from the list of banks.
• Enter the amount in rubles or drams; the live exchange rate will be visible.
• Click the “Transfer” button.

That's it. You'll immediately see the transferred amount in your easywallet account.

To receive transfers from T-Bank to Armenia, you need to download easywallet, register and pass verification, and attach a bank card or open a bank account directly in the app.
