The amount is transferred in RUB with an automatic conversion to AMD. The transfer is made using the phone number linked to the recipient’s easywallet account.

Steps to transfer

To make a transfer to your easywallet account, the ВТБ Онлайн user needs to do the following:

1. Log into the ВТБ Онлайн app and click “Перевести по телефону”,
2. Enter the recipient’s phone number or choose the relevant contact,
3. Select “В другую страну”and “Армения”,
4. Then hit “По номеру телефона”,
5. Select “ООО «Изи Пей»”,
6. Enter the recipient’s phone number again,
7. Fill in the required fields, click “Продолжить”, and then “Перевести”.

The amount will instantly be transferred to your easywallet account.

To receive transfers from ВТБ Онлайн to your easywallet account, you need to download easywallet, register and pass verification, and attach a bank card or open a bank account directly in the app.
