EasyPay is looking for a new team member to fill the position of Relationship Manager. We are seeking a customer-oriented candidate with excellent communication and negotiation skills, who will proactively elevate the relationships with clients and the quality of service to a new level.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide remote service to existing and new corporate clients, solving their issues through a one-window approach
- Implement actions and measures aimed at improving service quality according to company standards
- Maintain and develop relationships with clients, carrying out the company’s approved actions according to norms, and perform cross-selling
- Ensure the full cycle of service delivery by collaborating with other departments and employees of the company
- Participate in negotiations with clients, organize presentations and demos
- Provide necessary information and reports to the direct supervisor
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Customer-oriented mindset
- High-level communication skills
- Ability and willingness for continuous development
- At least 3 years of work experience in service delivery
- Knowledge of sales techniques and negotiation skills will be considered an advantage
- Teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Higher education
- Experience in fintech or technology sectors will be considered an advantage
- Excellent business correspondence skills
- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, good knowledge of English and Russian is mandatory
