EasyPay is looking for a new team member to fill the position of Relationship Manager. We are seeking a customer-oriented candidate with excellent communication and negotiation skills, who will proactively elevate the relationships with clients and the quality of service to a new level.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide remote service to existing and new corporate clients, solving their issues through a one-window approach
  • Implement actions and measures aimed at improving service quality according to company standards
  • Maintain and develop relationships with clients, carrying out the company’s approved actions according to norms, and perform cross-selling
  • Ensure the full cycle of service delivery by collaborating with other departments and employees of the company
  • Participate in negotiations with clients, organize presentations and demos
  • Provide necessary information and reports to the direct supervisor

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Customer-oriented mindset
  • High-level communication skills
  • Ability and willingness for continuous development
  • At least 3 years of work experience in service delivery
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and negotiation skills will be considered an advantage
  • Teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Higher education
  • Experience in fintech or technology sectors will be considered an advantage
  • Excellent business correspondence skills
  • Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent knowledge of Armenian, good knowledge of English and Russian is mandatory
