Job Description:
EasyPay is looking for a new team member to fill the position of Head of the Accounting Department. Our ideal candidate should possess strong teamwork and quick decision-making skills. Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and coordinate accounting processes, ensuring accurate recording of financial operations in accordance with established procedures
• Perform calculations and registrations of salaries, vacation pays, final settlements, and compensations
• Carry out monthly closing activities, including processing reserves, prepayments, expenses, guarantees, and other financial operations
• Prepare and submit tax reports, including income tax, social contributions, and other mandatory declarations
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and legal regulations, aligning daily operations with applicable laws and internal policies
• Lead the accounting team by distributing responsibilities and providing professional guidance to team members
• Perform other duties related to the position

Required Qualifications:

• Higher education in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
• At least 3 years of professional experience in accounting, in managerial or coordinating roles
• Proficiency in Armenian accounting software (especially HZ - “ՀԾ”)
• Strong knowledge of the RA Tax Code and accounting legislation
• Experience in preparing and submitting tax and financial reports
• Excellent command of MS Excel, with ability to work with complex spreadsheets, formulas, and calculations
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data processing and accounting
• Strong leadership skills, including task delegation and team supervision
• Ability to make decisions, take initiative, and adapt to different situations
