EasyPay is looking for a new team member to fill the position of Digital Wallet Development Manager. Our ideal candidate should be a team player with quick decision-making skills. Key Responsibilities:

The Digital Wallet Development Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to promote the wide usage of the e-wallet. This involves close collaboration with the Product & Innovation, Marketing departments, and corporate clients. The role includes:

• Based on service analytics, reorganizing and restructuring services in the wallet to improve user journey and boost usage
• Proposing well-grounded recommendations to the Product and Innovation teams and ensuring their implementation
• Organizing user preference research and surveys, conducting competitor analysis, and implementing activities to increase the number of active users
• Planning and executing targeted marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team
• Applying a segmented approach: developing and implementing tailored strategies for different groups of corporate partners to encourage wallet usage
• Working with the product team to propose new features or improvements based on analytics to make the wallet easier and more engaging to use
• Designing and implementing educational and informational content to help users understand and utilize all product features

Required Skills:

• Higher education
• At least 3 years of experience in product development or customer engagement
• Ability to make data-driven decisions
• Familiarity with digital communication tools: email marketing, CRM systems
• Excellent command of Armenian, good knowledge of English and Russian
• Active, initiative-taking, and collaborative team player
• Sales skills will be considered a plus
• Strong communication skills with users and corporate clients; customer-centric mindset
