Job Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive legal support for the company's operations
• Draft, review, and revise contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
• Offer legal consultation in accordance with corporate and financial legislation
• Prepare legal opinions on transactions and assess legal implications
• Collaborate with internal departments to develop internal policies and procedures
• Develop standard templates for documents related to the company’s operations

Required Qualifications

• Higher education in Law (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a legal counsel, preferably in a commercial organization, financial/banking sector, or related fields
• In-depth knowledge of RA Civil Code, commercial, corporate, contract, and financial law
• Excellent command of Armenian; good knowledge of Russian and English
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Time management skills
• Negotiation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Focus on quality and results
• Ability to make quick decisions and respond effectively in challenging situations
