EasyPay is looking for a new team member to join our company as a Receptionist/Customer Service Specialist. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team. In our team, we value honesty, responsibility, and innovation. Job Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls, provide complete information regarding inquiries, or direct the caller to the appropriate specialist when necessary
  • Accept cash payments from individuals and legal entities
  • Make cash payments to individuals and legal entities
  • Enter payment transactions into the accounting software
  • Maintain the cashbook in accordance with legal requirements
  • Organize the cash collection process according to established procedures

Required Skills

  • Higher education
  • Computer literacy
  • Experience working with cash
  • Knowledge of security features of banknotes and coins
  • Knowledge of Armenian, English, and Russian languages
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
