EasyPay is looking for a new team member to join our company as a Receptionist/Customer Service Specialist. Job Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls, provide complete information regarding inquiries, or direct the caller to the appropriate specialist when necessary
- Accept cash payments from individuals and legal entities
- Make cash payments to individuals and legal entities
- Enter payment transactions into the accounting software
- Maintain the cashbook in accordance with legal requirements
- Organize the cash collection process according to established procedures
Required Skills
- Higher education
- Computer literacy
- Experience working with cash
- Knowledge of security features of banknotes and coins
- Knowledge of Armenian, English, and Russian languages
- Strong customer service and communication skills
