Today, we are wrapping up our 2025, talking about the year’s key news, achievements, and partnerships.

This year was significant in several ways:

We launched easyevents

In May, we launched easyevents, a platform both for people looking for events and for event organizers. We became not only a ticket provider for various events, but also an event partner.

On May 25, Save the Vinyl by Rambalkoshe took place, featuring performances by a range of popular international and local artists. easyevents was the exclusive ticketing platform for the event.

From July 13 to 20, the 22nd Golden Apricot International Film Festival was held in Yerevan. EasyPay was the festival’s financial partner, and tickets for all film screenings were available on the easyevents platform in easywallet.

The events were also sports-focused. On September 14, the VMF Vanadzor Half Marathon 2025 took place, with EasyPay as a partner, and tickets once again available on easyevents. By joining the charity run, participants not only promoted a healthy and active lifestyle, but also supported the educational-medical programs of the Vahe Meliksetyan Foundation.

The year continued with family events, such as the    Air Fest VI festival held on September 20, dedicated to the development of small aviation, air sports, and tourism. EasyPay was the festival’s exclusive financial partner.

We opened a new branch

In November, EasyPay opened its first branch in Gyumri on 24a Spandaryan Street. Notably, this is our first branch outside Yerevan.

We signed memorandums of cooperation

In September, EasyPay gladly joined the Matenadaran modernization program. With the company’s support, a new information system in the form of audio guides will soon be introduced in the Matenadaran exhibition halls. The audio guides, available in Armenian and foreign languages, will allow visitors to explore the content of the exhibited items without the assistance of a tour guide.

On October 30, we signed a memorandum of cooperation with the European University of Armenia, under which we will continue to implement educational and practical programs for students, including professional seminars, masterclasses, student internships, and talent recruitment at EasyPay.

On December 22, a memorandum of cooperation was signed with the Teach for Armenia educationalfoundation, aiming for a bigger public engagement in educational initiatives. easywallet users can now make donations to the foundation by tapping the easydonation button on the payment page of the app and choosing or entering a preferred amount.

Our collaboration with Teach for Armenia goes back to 2021. With EasyPay's support, Teacher-Leaders have taught and implemented educational programs in several communities, including Hatis in Kotayk Province, Tsaghkahovit in Aragatsotn Province, and currently in Zarr in Kotayk Province.

We expanded our cooperation with BDG

We continued our long-term collaboration with Business Development Group and launched a number of financial courses.

Good news! Cashback is available for all BDG courses when payments are made at the venue by scanning the QR code via easywallet.

This year, together with BDG, we also released a series of financial literacy videos covering the following topics: financial fraud, debt and loans, the time value of money and inflation, nominal vs. effective interest rates and compound interest, emergency funds, savings and investments, and budget planning.

We became a founding member

In April, EasyPay became a founding member of the FinTech Armenia Association. FinTech Armenia’s mission is to promote the development of financial technologies and the adoption of digital innovations in the region. Mher Galstyan, Armen Virabyan, Suren Ohanov, and Tigran Parseghyan joined the association as ambassadors and will contribute to the activities of the Payments Transformation institutional working group.
