Job Description:

The EasyPay team is looking for a skilled, literate, and well-balanced professional to fill the vacancy of a full-time Call Center operator (night shift,17:00–01:00 or 18:00–01:00). We are looking for a specialist who will properly ensure our company communicates well with customers and users.

Job responsibilities:
We need a specialist who:

  • Handle issues through incoming calls, website, social networks, e-mail,
  • Sort, formulate, register, direct problems,
  • Inform customers about the results of problem resolution,
  • Process e-mails and will assist customers with problems received through this communication channel,
  • Quickly resolve customer issues within the company’s competencies and internal procedures,
  • Attract new partners and customers,
  • Provide proper service,
  • Maintain and enhance the company's reputation,
  • Demonstrate teamwork in solving problems during the work process.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Higher education,
  • At least one year of work experience in a relevant field,
  • Good computer skills,,
  • Knowledge of Armenian, Russian, and English languages,
  • Strong communication skills,
  • Literate and well-articulated speech,
  • Ability to orientate quickly,
  • Ability to adapt quickly,
  • Self resistance,
  • Teamwork.
