Job Description:

The Easy Pay team is looking for a skilled, literate, well-balanced professional to fill the vacancy of a full-time Call Center operator (night shift, 17: 00-01: 00 or 18: 00-01: 00). We are looking for a specialist who will properly ensure our company communicates well with customers and users.

Job responsibilities:
We need a specialist who:

  • Problems received through response calls, website, social networks, e-mail,
  • Sort, formulate, register, direct problems,
  • Inform customers about the results of problem-solving,
  • Process e-mails and will serve customers with problems received through this communication channel,
  • Quickly solve customer problems within the framework of the company's competencies defined by the company's internal procedures,
  • Attract new partners, customers,
  • Provide proper service,
  • Keep the company's reputation և rating high
  • Show teamwork for problems encountered during the work process.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Higher Education,
  • At least one year of work experience in the relevant field,
  • Computer knowledge,
  • Knowledge of Armenian, Russian և English languages,
  • Ability to communicate with customers
  • Skilled, literate, balanced speech,
  • Ability to orientate quickly,
  • Stress resistance
  • Teamwork.
